We had a lovely time in this apartment and said that it probably had the best 180 degree view of the bay from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and provided all we needed. It was spotless on arrival and the owner provided a cot and high chair for our grandson. It was also lovely to be able  to see the family swimming in the sea right below the balcony. We were also lucky to see the sea plane take off from the sea and fly round the bay. A very enjoyable holiday.

Stayed in Voramar 85 1B for a week in May and it definitely met all our expectations – and more! The view out to sea as we entered the apartment took our breath away and was one we talked about all the time we were there. The apartment had everything we could ask for, a lift to help with the suitcases, comfortable beds, nice welcome pack, well equipped kitchen, ample cutlery, crockery and glasses etc. everywhere spotlessly clean and a ‘meet and greet’ from Kelly provided us with any information we required. We were able to park outside most days, or at least the next street and there was a small beach right in front of the apartment – and two benches to sit on and enjoy the view. But the best view was undoubtedly from the balcony – and is now the background on my computer for the next few months. Definitely hope to return.

I was there with my better half in Sept '15 and liked it so much we're going again next September. Maybe it's a bit extravagant for just two people and it sure would be more cost effective if shared with a few more - there are after all, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. But then again, the freedom of all that space and the privacy afforded by the walled front garden and trees is worth it as far as we're concerned. I do like an apartment balcony to get plenty of sunshine and was a little disconcerted at first that the trees blocked the sun, but in a few days you will appreciate the shade of the trees. If the Sun is your god, you can always move a chair to the garden or do it right and just hop across the road to the beach. She who must be appeased thought the ground floor location could be vulnerable but it connects you immediately with the beach and with the entire bay in a way that an upper floor apartment cannot. And after all, you'll be in Puerto Pollensa, surely one of the most relaxed places in Mallorca.

The location of Londres 30 is fantastic, affording uninterrupted spectacular views of the bay.

Even if you are unlucky and happen to get some inclement weather during your stay it is great to look out from the living area and watch the weather move through the bay. The location is so convenient to the town centre, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything thing anyone would require on holiday.

Beds are very comfortable.
There is plenty of outside space, chairs and tables. So no matter whether you are seeking the sun or shade you can always find a spot.
The small apartment complex is very quiet, and even though the location is close to the beach front you don't really notice too much noise.

The hedges are a good height,  there may be people walking past on the front but the raised location of the living area and the taller hedge obscures them. Overall while the rooms are not overly spacious, they are very adequate for holiday accommodation. I would definitely recommend Londres 30 and hope to return later in the year.

This is to  say how happy we were at Apt 1A Voramar during our stay there from 7th-21st May, 2022. We both found that the apartment was totally suited for our needs, was spacious and well furnished. It was a pleasure to walk out on to the balcony overlooking the sea and watch the world go by. The fact that there was a lift to the floors was a big bonus for us especially due to the fact that my wife  is partially disabled. I would recommend it to anyone.
Also, we appreciate the assistance given to us by your good self which could not have been better. You were always there for us and ready to sort out any small problems or queries . This was not only in connection with our stay but arranged for taxis both from and to the the airport. You saved a lot of anxiety for me.
We both intend to return next year so this is not the last you have heard from us.

This was my 3rd time to the beautiful resort of Peurto Pollensa and this has to be the best location I have stayed- such amazing views across the bay, who wouldn't love this place. There is a supermarket directly underneath, it is opposite the beach, close enough to the main square, restaurants, shops and bars, but with the added bonus of being on pine walk. I have a 5 yr and a 17 yr old and they both loved it equally for different reasons. The appartment was clean and very well equipped. I had to contact the owner (more to do with me than the appartment- I couldn't operate the washing machine) and he was extremely cuteous and helpful. If there was one criticism, a dishwasher would have been of great benefit, but other than that, I will most certainly be booking to stay here again.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the convenience for beach, bars, restaurants etc. We hope to go back sometime, maybe next year, and would be pleased to consider your place if available. In the meantime we will happily recommend the apartment to our friends

We are just back from our week in Tonia 3 and I just wanted to say what a great time we had. The location was fantastic and as I need to use a wheelchair on occasions it was perfect.  We needed a new shower head and it was fitted with the hour. Well done you!

Lovely clean apartment in convenient location. Just a very small criticism, would have liked a shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc. on,but everything else there that was needed.We love the resort, this was our 29th year there.
The only criticism and we were probably just unlucky was that the Corb Mari restaurant next door had some event on the Saturday afternoon which involved a very loud ,not very good rock band, but they did stop about 6 pm.

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was everything we expected and more!! Fantastic location. Thank you so much for all your help with everything.

This apartment boasts room, quality fittings and is situated in one of the best locations in Puerto Pollenca. It genuinely is only 50 yards from the famous "Pine Walk". When it's this close to a fantastic sandy beach, who needs swimming pool ? If being close to the restaurants, shops and beach are important to you, give this place a try. Added to this, it's wonderfully quiet at night, and has the benefit of air-con throughout the apartment. The kitchen is well fitted out. Having its own secluded garden outside, it makes a great place to relax in the shade or enjoy a bbq.
I believe the best question to ask is "would we return to this apartment again ?". You bet we would, wonderful apartment, wonderful resort, wonderful owner/management team. All in all, a time we will remember for a long time.

We spent 10 wonderful nights in this fantastic accommodation.

We wanted a relaxing quiet stay, close to the beach, close to local amenities and restaurants. but quiet in the evenings to enable the youngster to sleep. This apartment had all and more, set on the Pine Walk with views to die for from both the terrace and lounge. A single step off the terrace and you were on the beach. In the evenings after dining out at any one of the numerous restaurants we were able to sit on the terrace in the evenings watching the world go by knowing our son was safe asleep in his bedroom. To be honest, probably the only down side was the sea, 10 yards out at hip depth you were off the sandy floor and on to a rocky bottom that could be painful to walk on. A little sacrifice for such a wonderful apartment in a wonderful setting. Highly recommend it, just let me book it next year before you.

Perfect Perfect Location. Great for families. Kids can come and go to and from the beach. Apartment is spacious and considering it is near to everything is not noisy. We had a great week. Lovely spanish restaurant called Coral just round the corner

“Lovely spacious apartment that I indulgently booked for myself while my Mother was staying next door at the hotel Illa d’Or. Couldn’t have been closer to each other- perfecto! Obviously I had way more space than I needed, but the apartment would easily have fitted 4 adults and 2 children, or even 6 adults who were happy to share 2 bathrooms. Lovely big wrap around terrace and balcony which overlooks the ‘Pine Walk’ and the sea front - and gets both sun and shade during the day. The apartment contained everything you could need to cater for a big group, and more. The interior was lovely and cool, and I didn’t even need to use the aircon all week. Kelly was super helpful with anything I needed, and the bonus was them ordering their faithful and ‘uber’ reliable taxi driver Lorenzo to drive me to and from the airport - an immensely charming Spaniard who has lived on the island for 40 years+, with a wealth of knowledge and stories to share! He will bend your ear off! Don’t forget to order the salted seabass at La Terassa restaurant at Hotel Illa d’Or next door for an unforgettably delicious meal. 2 persons mínimum.”

“The property location is great, walking distance from restaurants and the beach (by the way, great view from the balcony!). Inward also aiming for some cycling and I couldn’t have been closer to Cap de Formentor, plus easy access to roads to other routes/mountains. Apartment was clean and has good size. Our family of 6 has no issue at all with space. Stair access was also good for us and, despite not having a dedicated parking spot, it’s really easy to park on the street. Will definitely be back!”

Having been to Puerto Pollensa for 22 years running , I think it is fair to say that this apartment is probably the nicest we've stayed in . Over the years we've stayed in hotels and villas, but the location for us, and the space cannot be matched.  

I've been eyeing it up for a few years , and then purely by chance found it on Rentals Puerto Pollensa. I thought maybe my children, both adults, would miss a pool but no, not with the sea literally across the road. Plus they enjoyed the added bonus of a bedroom each.

The apartment is exactly as the photos depict, the welcome pack was perfect, and the whole booking process was seamless from start to finish. Kelly was on hand by email, and in person when we arrived, making sure all was fine. 

I would not hesitate to go back .
