Country villa situated within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa and 7km from the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa. The beach is easily reached by car within minutes. The villa is tastefully decorated and has beautiful mountain views, a private swimming pool, garden and grounds. The ample terraces offer shaded eating areas, built-in barbecue and even ping pong and football tables.

Inside the villa has an open plan kitchen with seating area and fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Access to the terrace is provided from the kitchen. The comfortable air conditioned lounge has two sofas, satellite television and DVD player and a dining table with seating for 6. From here the terrace doors open out to the swimming pool. The ground floor also has an air conditioned double bedroom and a modern shower room.

Upstairs there are two air conditioned bedrooms with built-in wardrobes; one with double bed and the other with twin beds. There is also a modern family bathroom on this floor complete with bath and overhead shower.

Fully air conditioned throughout. WIFI provided.
